Construction of act

18A:3B-28. Construction of act 28. This act is a revision law and the provisions hereof not inconsistent with prior laws shall be construed as a continuation of such prior laws and its enactment shall not: a. affect the tenure, compensation and pension rights, if any, of the lawful holder thereof, in any position not specifically abolished herein, upon the effective date of this act; b. alter the term of any member of any board, commission or public body, not specifically abolished herein, lawfully in office as of the effective date of this act, or require the reappointment thereof; c. require the resubmission to the voters of any proposal adopted by such voters prior to the effective date of this act.
