18A:36C-19 Exemption from certain facility efficiency standards. 10. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a renaissance school project shall not be subject to the facility efficiency standards developed by the Commissioner of Education pursuant to subsection h. of section 4 of P.L.2000, c. 72 (C.18A:7G-4) or any other public school facility regulations, except those pertaining to the health and safety of the pupils.
