18A:30-3.3. Certificate issued showing unused sick leave Upon termination of employment of any employee from any school district, the board shall issue, at the request of the employee, a certificate stating such employee's unused accumulation of sick leave days as of the date of such termination. Such certificate shall be filed with the new employer within one year of the date of such new employment. L.1967, c.271.
