18A:29-4.3. Teaching staff members with full-time supervisory or administrative responsibilities; salary schedule The board of education of every school district employing one or more teaching staff members having full-time supervisory or administrative responsibilities shall adopt salary schedules for each school year that begins after the effective date of this act for all such members, except that for a superintendent of schools the board may adopt a salary schedule. Such salary schedules shall be subject to the provisions of N.J.S. 18A:29-4.1. Nothing contained in this section of the act shall authorize a board to pay an amount of salary less than the amount such member would be entitled to under any other law. The schedules adopted pursuant to this section shall be filed with the Commissioner of Education within 30 days after the adoption of each such schedule and the adoption of each subsequent revision of each schedule.
