18A:26-2.16 Eligibility for standard educational services certificate with school counselor endorsement. 2. Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, in order to be eligible for the standard educational services certificate with a school counselor endorsement, a candidate shall satisfactorily complete programming to improve student career readiness. The programming shall include, but need not be limited to, employability skills, career awareness, and understanding career and technical education. L.2014, c.72, s.2.
