Multilateral contracts; co-operation of States

18A:26-16. Multilateral contracts; co-operation of States 1. The party States agree that they will, so far as practicable, prefer the making of multilateral contracts pursuant to Article III of this agreement. 2. The party States agree that they will facilitate and strengthen co-operation in interstate certification and other elements of educational personnel qualification and for this purpose shall co-operate with agencies, organizations, and associations interested in certification and other factors relevant to the qualifications of educational personnel.
