Sale; when ordered

18A:20-14. Sale; when ordered If it shall be made to appear to the court by any person or persons whom it may concern that such sale may be had without prejudice to the public welfare and the best interests of the school or schools for whose benefit the devise was made, and that it is advisable and best for the beneficiaries of the trust, and that their interests would be promoted by the sale, the court may direct the lands and other premises to be sold in fee either at public or private sale, and with such limitations as to price and as to credit for purchase money as it may deem proper to direct.
