18A:18A-13 Purchases and contracts subject to law and rules and regulations. 18A:18A-13. Purchases and contracts subject to law and rules and regulations. Such purchases and all contracts pertaining thereto shall be subject to all provisions of law and the applicable rules and regulations of the State board. L.1977, c.114; amended 1999, c.440, s.61.
