18A:13-30. Issuance of bonds for acquisition of lands to include buildings, equipment, etc. Every resolution, proposition, question or proposal heretofore or hereafter adopted by the legal voters of: 1. Any regional district then in existence, or 2. Each local district proposing to join in the creation of a regional district, or 3. Any local district proposing to join with a regional district so as to enlarge the same, and of the regional district so to be enlarged authorizing the issuance of bonds of said existing regional district or of the regional district so to be formed or enlarged, as the case may be, for the purchase or taking or condemning of land for school purposes shall, unless otherwise expressly provided therein, be deemed to include and authorize the purchase of any schoolhouse or schoolhouses or other buildings situate thereon and the furniture and other necessary equipment therefor and the material and supplies therefor, as well as the issuance of said bonds for said purpose in the amount or amounts set forth in such resolution, proposition, question or proposal.
