18A:12-34. Rules, regulations 14. The State Board of Education may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedures Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1991,c.393,s.14.
