17B:32-91. Rules, regulations 61. The commissioner may, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this act. L.1992,c.65,s.61.
