Appeal by intervenor

17B:30-19. Appeal by intervenor If the determination of the commissioner does not charge a violation of this chapter, then any intervenor in the proceedings before him may, within 30 days after the service of such determination, institute an action in the Superior Court to enjoin and restrain any method of competition, act or practice.
