Amounts placed in account; liabilities

17B:28-8. Amounts placed in account; liabilities Except as may be otherwise specifically provided by the contract, all amounts with respect to any contract on a variable basis shall be placed in the variable contract account designated in such contract, and all liabilities on any such contract shall be set up in said account.
