17B:27C-12 Rules, regulations. 12. The commissioner, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2001,c.352,s.12.
