17B:27B-25 Rules, regulations. 25. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2001,c.267,s.25.
