Definitions and requirements

17B:27-26. Definitions and requirements Any policy or contract of health insurance which covers more than one person, other than a blanket insurance policy, or a policy issued pursuant to section 17B:26-2a(3), shall be deemed a group health insurance policy. No group health insurance policy may be delivered or issued for delivery in this State unless it conforms to one of the descriptions set forth in sections 17B:27-27 to 17B:27-29, inclusive.
