Renewal date; policy with reservation of right to change premium

17B:26-44.3. Renewal date; policy with reservation of right to change premium For the purposes of this act, a policy or contract in which the company has reserved the right to change the premium shall be considered renewed as of the date on which the premium is changed or is subject to change.
