Excluded surgical procedures

17B:26-2.6. Excluded surgical procedures The second surgical opinion benefit provisions of a policy may exclude benefits while the patient is confined in a hospital as an inpatient, any surgical procedures not covered by the policy and surgical procedures in the following categories: cosmetic surgery, dental surgery, and podiatric surgery.
