Mailing of ballot; effect

17B:18-27. Mailing of ballot; effect The mailing of a ballot to any person shall not be construed as an admission of the validity of any policy or that such person was a policyholder; and no such mailing shall be competent evidence in any action or proceeding in which the question of the validity of any policy is involved.
