17:9A-8.9. Dividends; law applicable A capital stock savings bank may declare dividends on its capital stock pursuant to the provisions of section 52 of P.L.1948, c. 67 (C. 17:9A-52). L.1982, c. 9, s. 9, eff. March 4, 1982.
