Mergers with savings banks; provisions governing

17:9A-8.11. Mergers with savings banks; provisions governing A capital stock savings bank may merge with another savings bank, whether mutual or capital stock, pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of P.L.1948, c. 67 (C. 17:9A-132 to 17:9A-148). L.1982, c. 9, s. 11, eff. March 4, 1982.
