Stock options; law applicable

17:9A-8.10. Stock options; law applicable A capital stock savings bank shall have the authority to grant stock options to officers and employees pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1964, c. 202 (C. 17:9A-27.50 to 17:9A-27.54). L.1982, c. 9, s. 10, eff. March 4, 1982.
