N.J.S.A. 17:9A-70.1 — Definitions

17:9A-70.1. Definitions As used in this act: "Banking institution" means a banking institution as defined in section 1 of P.L.1948, c.67 (C.17:9A-1); "Credit insurance" means credit life insurance and credit health insurance issued pursuant to chapter 29 of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes, and credit involuntary unemployment insurance issued in accordance with forms and rates filed with and approved by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to applicable regulations.
