Bank defined

17:9A-59.14. Bank defined As used in this act, "bank" includes banking institutions as defined in section 1 of P.L.1948, c. 67 (C. 17:9A-1). L.1959, c. 91, p. 226, s. 14. Amended by L.1981, c. 37, s. 12, eff. Feb. 12, 1981.
