17:9A-59.10. Security A. A bank which makes an advance loan shall not, prior to default in such loan, take any kind of security therefor except an interest in tangible personal property. B. Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting a bank from obtaining or providing credit life insurance or credit accident and health insurance, or both, for a borrower's benefit and at the borrower's written request.
