Security; prohibition; endorsers or guarantors

17:9A-53.7. Security; prohibition; endorsers or guarantors No security shall be taken for an educational loan, but this prohibition shall not preclude a banking institution from requiring one or more endorsers or guarantors of such loan. L.1975, c. 287, s. 6, eff. Jan. 12, 1976.
