Educational loans, authorization

17:9A-53.3. Educational loans, authorization In addition to such other loans which banking institutions are authorized by law to make, such institutions may make educational loans upon the terms and conditions prescribed by this act. L.1975, c. 287, s. 2, eff. Jan. 12, 1976.
