Powers of commissioner

17:9A-43. Powers of commissioner The commissioner shall have power, from time to time, to make, amend, supplement, and repeal such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, governing common trust funds as he shall deem necessary to enable banks to establish and maintain common trust funds on an equal basis with common trust funds established and maintained by national banking associations.
