Compensation

17:9A-42. Compensation No bank shall charge or be entitled to any fee, commission, or other compensation by reason of its establishing and maintaining one or more common trust funds, in addition to the fees, commissions, or other compensation otherwise lawfully payable to such bank for its services in investing and managing the trust estate.
