Applicability of Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes

17:9A-338. Applicability of Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes Except to the extent specifically made applicable by this act, the provisions of Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes as enacted and as amended or supplemented shall not apply to banks and savings banks.
