Qualification of foreign bank as fiduciary

17:9A-317. Qualification of foreign bank as fiduciary 317. As a prerequisite to its qualification in any fiduciary capacity specified in section 316, in any court of this State, a foreign bank shall present to the court a certificate of the commissioner certifying that it is authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to this article and shall furnish a bond if required by the court pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.3B:15-1 .
