Access to departmental records; information confidential

17:9A-312. Access to departmental records; information confidential For the purpose of discharging its duties, the board shall have access to all records in the department, including reports and confidential communications, but each member of the board shall treat all information so obtained as confidential, and shall not reveal any such information to any person other than another member of the board.
