Acceptance of loans from federal government

17:9A-304. Acceptance of loans from federal government While in possession of the business and property of a bank pursuant to the provisions of this article, the commissioner, or a receiver or receivers appointed pursuant to section 303, may, in the name of the bank, apply for and accept a loan or loans from the United States or from any officer, board, commissioner, corporation or other body created by the United States, and may pledge as security therefor all or any part of the assets of the bank.
