Compensation of employees, assistants, and counsel

17:9A-276. Compensation of employees, assistants, and counsel The compensation of the special assistant deputy commissioners, counsel, and of all other persons engaged in the administration of the business and affairs of a bank of which the commissioner has taken possession, and all other expenses of administration and liquidation, shall be fixed by the commissioner, subject to the approval of the Superior Court as hereinafter provided, and shall, upon the certificate of the commissioner, be paid out of the funds of the bank.
