Eligibility for retirement benefits

17:9A-27.9. Eligibility for retirement benefits An employee shall be eligible to begin receiving retirement benefits at such age as shall be specified in a retirement plan. L.1953, c. 124, p. 1314, s. 9. Amended by L.1968, c. 37, s. 1, eff. May 9, 1968.
