Immunity of person testifying

17:9A-263. Immunity of person testifying Any person who has violated any provision of this act shall be a competent witness and compellable to testify in an examination as provided in sections two hundred sixty and two hundred sixty-one, but, when so compelled to testify, such person shall not be liable to criminal prosecution under this act or otherwise, for any matters in respect to which he shall be examined or to which his testimony shall relate except as provided in section two hundred sixty-two.
