17:9A-262. False testimony; perjury A person who shall willfully testify falsely to a material and relevant matter, upon oath administered by the commissioner, a deputy commissioner, or an examiner pursuant to section 260 or section 261, shall be guilty of perjury. L.1948, c.67,s.262.
