Powers conferred by act as in addition to other powers

17:9A-24.8. Powers conferred by act as in addition to other powers The power conferred by this act shall be in addition to and not in substitution for any powers otherwise conferred by law upon qualified banks. L.1973, c. 360, s. 2, eff. Jan. 2, 1974.
