Distances, measurement for purposes of act

17:9A-23.8. Distances, measurement for purposes of act For the purposes of this act, distances shall be measured along a straight line drawn between the center point of the main entrance of the principal office or branch office of a bank, savings bank or banking institution and the center point of the main entrance of the auxiliary office.
