Auxiliary offices

17:9A-23.1. Auxiliary offices A bank or savings bank may, pursuant to resolution of its board of directors or board of managers, establish and maintain not more than one auxiliary office as an adjunct to its principal office, and not more than one auxiliary office as an adjunct to each branch office now maintained by it, or hereafter established and maintained by it.
