Deposits of interstate bodies

17:9A-222. Deposits of interstate bodies A banking institution accepting deposits from the Port of New York Authority, or the Palisades Interstate Park Commissioners, or the Delaware River Joint Commission may give a good and sufficient undertaking, with such surety as shall be approved by such depositor, that the banking institution shall faithfully pay upon the order of the depositor all moneys to the credit of the depositor, at such times or upon such demands as may be agreed upon with such depositor, or, in lieu of such surety, furnish security for such deposits of such character and amount and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon.
