17:9A-206. Certified copy of agreement; use as evidence; recording A. A copy of the merger agreement, certified by the commissioner, shall be evidence in all courts and places. B. A copy of the merger agreement, certified by the commissioner, may be recorded in the office of the county recording officer charged with the duty of recording instruments affecting title to real property in such county, and such record shall have the same effect as if duly executed and acknowledged deeds to real property and assignments of mortgages affecting real or personal property owned by the merging savings banks had been made and delivered by the merging savings banks to the receiving bank, and had been duly recorded.
