17:9A-199. What savings banks may merge Any two or more savings banks, may, with the approval of the commissioner, merge one or more of them into another of them, as provided herein. L.1948, c. 67, p. 342, s. 199. Amended by L.1968, c. 415, s. 4; L.1973, c. 211, s. 5, eff. Jan. 1, 1973.
