17:9A-192. Officers and managers; removal A. A manager of a savings bank may be removed at any time by vote of two-thirds of the entire membership of the board at the time in office. B. An officer of a savings bank may be removed at any time by vote of a majority of the entire membership of the board at the time in office. L.1948, c. 67, p. 334, s. 192.
