17:9A-160. Jurisdiction of Superior Court The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction of actions pursuant to this article and to make such orders and judgments as may be necessary to (1) determine the rights, equities and priorities of all parties; (2) fix the division of creditors and stockholders into classes according to the nature of their respective claims or stock; and, to that end, summarily determine the value of security so as to classify as unsecured the amount in excess of such value; (3) approve a plan in compliance with the provisions of this article; and (4) consummate such plan as may be approved by the court.
