Partial invalidity

17:51-4. Partial invalidity If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence or clause of this act is held invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this act. L.1952, c. 330, p. 1058, s. 4.
