Authority of attorney to insert in policy provisions or conditions

17:50-12. Authority of attorney to insert in policy provisions or conditions The attorney may insert in any form of policy prescribed by the laws of this State or adopted by this State any provisions or conditions required by the plan of reciprocal or inter-insurance; provided, however, that same shall not be in conflict with the laws of this State.
