17:48H-27. Licensed organized delivery system exempt from guaranty association act, C.17B:32A-1 et seq. 27. A licensed organized delivery system shall not be subject to the "New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act," P.L.1991, c.208 (C.17B:32A-1 et seq.), and the New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to that act shall not provide protection to any individuals entitled to receive health care services from a licensed organized delivery system.
