Complaint system established.

17:48F-11 Complaint system established. 11. A prepaid prescription service organization shall establish and maintain a complaint system providing reasonable procedures for resolving written complaints which are initiated by enrollees and providers, in accordance with minimum standards established by the commissioner by regulation. The complaint procedure shall be in writing and filed with the commissioner, and shall be made available to providers as well as contract holders and enrollees as provided for in this act.
