17:48C-11. Formal requirements for subscription certificates In every subscription certificate issued or delivered by any dental service corporation of this State: (a) All printed portions shall be plainly printed in type of which the face is not smaller than 10 point; (b) there shall be a brief description of the subscription certificate on its first page and on its filing back, in type of which the face is not smaller than 14 point; (c) the exceptions and limitations of the contract shall appear with the same prominence in the certificate as the benefits to which they apply; and (d) if the contract contains any provisions purporting to make any portion of the articles, constitution or by-laws or regulations of the corporation or plans a part of the contract, such portion shall be set forth in full.
